General Terms
Prices quoted are for a ten-hour day, portal-to-portal, with a one-hour meal break. A half day is five-hours, portal-to-portal, and does not require a meal break. Half days that exceed five hours will be billed as a full day. Overtime will accrue after the tenth consecutive hour at a rate of seventy-dollars ($70.00) per hour for each individual. A seventy-dollar ($70.00) per individual meal penalty will be charged if time is not available for meals.
Prices include only what is listed. Items not listed, such as tape stock, incidental expenses, location expenses, mileage (after the first sixty miles), crew meals (if applicable), travel expenses, and additional equipment and labor will be priced separately and added to the final invoice. Capital View Productions, Inc. reserves the right to substitute equivalent equipment for the items if necessary. In all cases standard industry practices apply. 

Payment
All work is COD unless credit has been approved. All charges will include applicable sales tax unless client provides a tax-exempt or resale certificate. Payment for services and materials on approved credit is net 30 days. Outstanding amounts shall accrue interest at 1 1/2% per month.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of services, or any element of services, within 24 hours of the specified crew call-time incurs a charge of one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated cost plus expenses. If a crew call-time has not been specified, 8:00am will be used to calculate the cancellation fee.
